This was a great location for a family holiday as there was something for everyone

Excellent location close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a basic but adequate selection of quality items

There was a misunderstanding of the number of beds required when we arrived, however the matter was resolved reasonably quickly

Very Good

Very nice location, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. Also great variety at breakfast.

The water in the bathtub was always luke warm which was not enjoyable.

Do yourself a favour and pay more or look somewhere else

Breakfast was rich and tasty with soup with meat, cabbage with fish sauce, fried rice with eggs etc. and marmalade and cookies, pancakes, not many vegan options though, nor yogurt or cereals. I could pay by card for the room, but 3% more then the original price and no upfront notice on booking.com. The staff was friendly and mainly attentive and helpful. I found the service good. The beach was stunning, the water quality OK. There is a lot of algae in the sea in front of the hotel, so walk 500 meters for a swim. There are in-house snorkelling trips by speed boat, that I found really good. There are really plenty of restaurants around also with vegan and western options.

I asked for a quiet room upfront, got no answer but a quiet standard room facing a wall, however I booked a double room with private balcony and garden view. The staff kindly moved me the next day to one, where I had view to the mountain and the main street. The nearby bar plays 70-90s songs late evening. Good thing I traveled solo, I could sleep in the mostly intact middle part of the worst double bed I have ever experienced. For me the fridge was too loud that I kept pull it off. Same goes for the air conditioner. I suggest you to pay more for a decent room on the same beach or go somewhere else for cheap better stays. I would come back here but only if I could stay in a newly established room.

The beds are like concrete. No pleasure to sleep in them.

Please stop letting dirt into the ocean!!!

The staff took really god care of the place and garden. Everything was cleaned every day, so no bugs!

Unfortunately many resorts seems to let their dirt straight into the ocean, so the sea is really dirty….

Nice hotel but a bit pricey for what you get.

Spacious and nice room and we were lucky to get the room closest to the beach so we could see a bit of the sea from our outdoor sitting area. The beach was small and looked ok - we only stayed one night and it was cloudy so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good with pancakes, omelette, fried eggs, toast, Thai food, vegetables and fruit. Nice and clean common spaces. Nice to see elephants several times a day. There’s a nice street nearby with cheap and good food and drinks. Some shopping as well.

The beds are to hard. You can hear your neighbours well (we stayed in a room not a bungalow). Luckily this wasn’t a problem now. Since the hotel doesn’t have a pool I really missed sunbeds by the beach. It’s sad to see how some tourists treats the elephants and I wonder how the elephants lives are since some of them have chains and the keepers are using pick axe(the name for it?)After reading about how elephants are treated we felt even more sad.

We liked the hospitality, location, and breakfast, we stayed for 2 nights family enjoyed the stay

The mattress was hard and the Pillows were huge and uncomfortable, the showers in the S block were not having proper water tap knobs, had to use the knobs directly connected to the water heater. In the K Block water force was low had seems like have to take a shower on the dripping water

À 5 min du centre de Kai Bae, bungalow au calme à 3 min de la plage. Bonne cuisine thaï et internationale au restaurant de la plage. Table de terrasse, chaises et banc. Literie dur et climatisation silencieuse

Le manque d'information à l'arrivée pour faire nettoyer la chambre, affichette QR décollée du mur dans la chambre pour les services de nettoyage. Les gens qui parque leurs véhicules devant les bungalows.

Strand neben der Unterkunft, die sich ruhig und trotzdem zentral am Kai Bea beach befindet, nur wenige Meter bis zu einer "Meile" mit Restaurants, Bars, 7-11, Shops. Besser geht's nicht. Ein Schwerpunkt des Unternehmens ist u. a. der Transport per Speedboat auf andere Inseln. Das ist gut organisiert und die Abfahrt direkt am eigenen Pier. Eine schöne Beachbar gibt es leider nur im Resort daneben. Schade! Gut funktionierende Klima und Kühlschrank.

Mein Zimmer (DZ) ist teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen und da sollte man nachbessern...Holzfurnier an der Badezimmertür hing in Fetzen, Schranktür war gebrochen, schwergängige Balkonschiebetür, Uralt-TV (Wer es braucht), Duschbodenfugen. Der Roomservice macht seine Arbeit so gut es bei der Vielzahl an Zimmern geht, mehr oder weniger... Das Frühstück könnte bei längerem Aufenthalt im Endeffekt etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, war unter dem Strich aber gut.

„Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top!

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer und zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und man merkt die Federn. Es wurde uns ein Topper auf die Betten gelegt. Die Zimmer werden nur gereinigt, wenn man nachfragt.

Das von Booking ausgeschriebene Zimmer, war eine Toilette. Es hat gerochen. Nach hinten keine Terrasse. Vor dem Fenster ein Gebäude. ZIMMER DUNKEL. ICH HAB EIN ANDERES GEFORDERT UND BEKOMMEN.
